I offer face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Wimbledon or Tooting. The rooms are private and comfortable, offering a relaxed and tranquil setting for you to explore what's going on for you. Both practices are a short walk from mainland train or tube stations and on multiple bus routes. The Tooting practice is wheelchair accessible.
Working online is also an option. This might give you a bit more flexibility, allowing you to fit your counselling sessions around your busy life. Seeing your therapist online can also help you feel more at ease, as you do so from the comfort of your own home.
£75 per session

I also offer outdoor therapy, which can provide a slower, more spacious therapeutic setting. For some people, being outside allows more room to think, feel and speak freely, particularly when sitting indoors feels intense or restrictive.
Working in nature allows the environment to become part of the therapeutic process — offering grounding, rhythm and metaphor, and supporting a slower, more embodied way of being. We might notice what helps you feel steadier, what draws your attention, or how themes in the work resonate with what we encounter outdoors. This way of working can be especially supportive for those who feel more regulated or at ease outside.
Outdoor therapy is approached with the same care, ethical consideration and collaborative attention as indoor work, and we would think together about whether it feels right for you.
